Groundbreaking is imminent on CA6 Condos at 311 S Racine Avenue in West Loop. Located on a partial-block lot at the intersection of W Jackson Boulevard and S Racine Avenue, the Racine CTA L station is a four-minute walk from the site, serviced by the Blue Line. The 126 CTA bus route, accessed at the Van Buren and Racine, is a two-minute walk from the property.

Designed by Sullivan, Goulette & Wilson Architecture & Design, the development consists of 72 residential units over seven stories. Units are a mix of three- and four-bedroom duplexes. Plans call for a total of 12 penthouse duplexes within the project. The remaining dwellings will be three- and four-bedroom single story homes, with 12 of the homes featuring 700 square-foot outdoor terraces. Condos will range in size from 2,160 to 3,157 square feet.

The building’s floor plans have been designed with intentional spaces that give buyers plenty of space. All duplex penthouses open onto the home’s main level, where residents enter through a private vestibule from the elevator and then a gallery wall foyer. The dwelling is split between the main living areas and a sleeping wing. The penthouse level includes space for guests as well as a private terrace.

Building amenities at CA6 West Loop include a fully equipped fitness room, meeting room, heated parking garage, and bike storage.

Developed by Belgravia Group, the development is currently undergoing the pre-construction sale of units. Residents will be able to consult with Belgravia Group’s in-house design team to customize their individual units. Construction is expected to break ground later this fall, with occupancy expected to begin in winter 2022.
