Located between N Wood Street and N Paulina Street, the interior lot is less than a 20-minute walk north to the Division CTA L station, serviced by the Blue Line. NBM Ventures LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications, reporting $752,100 as the cost for the overall development.
The proposed development will consist of a three-unit building with a basement, rooftop deck, and a detached three-car garage that also has a rooftop deck. Details regarding height or square footage have not been released.
John C Hanna of Hanna Architects is listed as the architect of record. CB Construction is listed as the general contractor on the project.
Demolition permits have not been filed for the residential building on the property. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
