The proposed development will be a four-story masonry building featuring 20 dwelling units with a 10-car garage and 15 bike spaces. Base 3 Development is the developer behind the property, which has previously been occupied by a two-story residential structure and a garage.
Renovation permits have been approved for an existing three-story masonry building under the address 1840 W Augusta Boulevard in West Town. The alterations will comprise of an interior conversion from six to eight dwellings, as well as the construction of a new rear porch and basement slab.
