Located on the corner of East 64th Street, the structure would replace a vacant lot just a block from the upcoming Obama Presidential Center. The project is being led by Aquinnah Investment Trust.

Efforts for the development are being led by Aquinnah Investment Trust with architecture firm Stantec working on the design.
