Promised Land Development received a permit on October 8 to build a three-story plus basement, two-unit residence designed by Michael Cox & Associates. Expected to be for-sale condos, the duplex-up unit will include a private rooftop deck with a pergola and a rear balcony, while the duplex-down condo will have a covered rear deck at the first floor. A three-car garage on the alley accessed from Lakewood Avenue will also feature a roof deck and pergola. A decorative five-foot iron fence and six-foot wood privacy fence will enclose the property. The permit included a reported cost of $900,000.
