370 North Morgan has three permits on the books, with the tower crane issued in January and permission for grade-beam excavation coming through on May 30. A permit for the installation of passenger elevators and one for a pair of tower crane tie-ins are pending in the Chicago Data Portal. The one big permit not yet pending is for completion of the full building.
