A new construction permit has been issued for a two-story, two-unit residential building at 2719 West Jackson Boulevard in East Garfield Park. When complete, the property will feature four parking spaces at the rear. Construction, which is planned to cost $400,000, is being led by owner Lotus Property Group LLC. Plans were designed by architect Alan Leskiv.
So far, $375 in fees have been paid, which includes $300 for building fees and $75 for zoning fees. However, there is still a balance of $3,880 in unpaid fees, bringing the total fee amount to $4,255.
Transit nearby 2719 West Jackson Boulevard includes the Western CTA Station, which services the Blue Line.
