The apartments replace a single-story commercial building that was cleared from the site in 2023. Designed by Jonathan Splitt Architects, the new building will include a single retail space at ground level, 39 parking spaces, and storage capacity for 77 bicycles. A permit was issued in October to install a pair of passenger elevators in the structure.
