A new construction permit has been issued for a two-story, two-unit residential building located at 6747 South Langley Avenue in Woodlawn. The permit was applied for on October 3 and issued on Noveber 6.
The building, when complete, will feature a 2nd floor rear deck and a two-car garage. Fees for the permit include $300 in building fees paid, $75 in zoning fees paid, $2,550 in unpaid building fees, and $939 in other unpaid fees. The total fee for the permit is $3,864.
Plans were designed by architect John Hanna. Construction is anticipated to cost approximately $396,322.
