The application process began on April 17, and the permit was issued on June 17, with a total processing time of 61 days. The reported cost of the project is $300,000.00. The owner of the property is Zhou Hua Xie Kuo. They are working alongside local architect Steven Smutny.
The total fee for the permit amounts to $4,253.00, which includes $2,300.00 in building fees, $75.00 in zoning fees, and $1,878.00 in other fees. When complete, the property will be a short walk from stops for the 24 bus line, and a 17 minute walk from the Sox-35th Street CTA Station, which services the Red Line.

A lot of the costs of these 3 unit projects seems so low. Is this real? If so… I need to figure this out for myself.
