A permit for renovation and alteration has been issued for an existing two-unit building located at 1507 South Tripp Avenue In North Lawndale. The permit, which was issued on May 3, 2024, following a standard plan review, includes interior remodeling and alterations, a third-floor dormer addition, a new third-floor rear open deck with stairs, and a rear porch replacement with an open deck and stairs.

The project is owned by HIP Developments LLC and has a planned cost of approximately $150,000.00. The permit process took 107 days from the application start date of January 17 until the issue date. Plans were designed by local architect Peter Sterniuk.
