The nearest bus available is Route 63 and it can be found at the 63rd Street & Langley stop via a two-minute walk north. The CTA Green Line can be accessed at the Cottage Grove station via a four-minute walk northeast of the property site. There are a number of grocery and dining options available within a five-minute walk.
McNamara Builders Inc will act as the general contractor for the $320,000 construction. A full timeline and an anticipated completion date have not yet been revealed.
