The closest bus service is Route 35 can be found at the intersection of 35th Street & Wood via a one-minute walk south. For those seeking the CTA L, they’ll find the Orange Line available at the 35th/Archer station via a 13-minute west. There are many restaurants, grocery, and shopping options along both W 35th Street and S Archer Avenue.
DS Construction Inc is serving as the demolition contractor on this project. At the time of this writing, no plans appear to have been submitted to upgrade any of the zoning designations for this property and there are currently no permits for any future constructions.
