Scant on details, the permit mentions only the floor and unit counts, plus the three surface parking spaces that will be added off the rear alley. The subject parcel is on a corner lot formed by Christiana Avenue and an east-west alley, so the parking will be easily accessible from the street. It is located directly across the street from Kipp Ascend Primary School.

One block south, the same trio of entities has three identical pending permits for more three-flat residences. All three permits show the same application start date of August 27, and are assigned to 1507, 1509, and 1511 South Christiana Avenue. it is not known if all four buildings will be erected simultaneously or in phases. Nor is it stated if the 12 new units will be available as rental apartments of for-sale condos.
