A permit with an application start date of April 9 came through on May 15, a duration of 36 days, with a reported cost of $625,000. Fargo Group LLC is the permit’s recipient as both the developer and general contractor.

They will construct a three-story, three-unit building with no basement. There will be wood porches on the first and second levels at the rear, but no third-story nor rooftop outdoor space is mentioned. Wood and iron fences will enclose the property. Angel Sida of Studio 117 Architects is named as the architect of record. Three surface parking spaces will be added at the alley that encircles the site. The lot has been vacant since the city issued an emergency demolition permit a previous single-story frame residence.
