A permit to erect three dwelling units will plug a small gap on West Fulton Boulevard in the East Garfield Park neighborhood. ANM Mechanical Services LLC, as both the developer and the general contractor, will erect a three-flat residential building at 3215 West Fulton. They got a permit on April 13 after waiting 68 days. It comes through with a reported cost of $400,000. The vacant parcel, improved only with a rear concrete slab, has been used recently for parking.

Design specs include a two-story rear wood porch, three surface parking spaces, and both wood and wrought iron fencing. ANM and Studio 117 have collaborated often of late, including the construction of a three-unit residence in South Lawndale and a pair of three-flats on West Gladys Avenue on the Near West Side.
