Cipher Construction LLC is named as the general contractor, and is registered to the same Oak Park address as the listed owner of the property. The application to build was filed on March 28, and it came through on May 29 with a reported construction cost of $600,000.

Jeff Klymson of Collective Office is named as the architect of record. The only detail added to the permit is a concrete pad with three surface parking spaces. The construction site consists of one of two adjacent vacant lots, but currently there are no pending permits to improve the second lot.

Bus service is available within a two-block walk via Route 20 to the south on Madison Street and Route 94 to the east on California Avenue.
