The City of Chicago has issued a pair of permits to build adjacent homes at 3303 and 3305 South Seeley Avenue in McKinley Park on the southwest side. Both permits were released on January 22, and they are identical. Developer and general contractor A & SL Construction will build them, at an estimated cost of $350,000 apiece.

These will be two-story homes with detached two-car garages accessed from the alley off 33rd Street. Front stairways are the only additional details addressed in the permits. Peter Sterniuk is named as the architect of record.
