A construction permit revision has been issued for a six-story mixed-use building located at 4703 South Justine Street in Back of the Yards. The property, which has a budget of $24,900,000, and will yield 45 dwelling units, along with ground-floor retail and meeting space. Residents and guests will have access to a partially enclosed 19-vehicle surface level parking area.

Notable changes include updates to the underground sanitary plumbing routing, an enlarged electrical room and closets, a revised bathroom layout and location for the one-bedroom unit stack, and an added horizontal exit on the second through sixth floors. Fees for the permit totaled $7,645, with $375 already paid and $7,270 remaining unpaid.

Construction is being led by owner New City Redevelopment Limited Partnership. Plans were designed by architect Gabriel Dziekiewicz. The additional cost of the changes is approximately $50,000.
