A new four-story, mixed-use building has been approved at 2481 North Milwaukee Avenue in Logan Square. When complete, the property will boast nine residential units, ground-floor retail space, and a nine-vehicle garage. Additionally, it plans to feature rooftop decks, rooftop stair enclosures, and decks on the second, third, and fourth stories.
Plans were designed by architect John Hanna. Construction forecast to cost approximately $4,750,800.
Transit nearby the property will include stops for the 56 and 64 bus lines, as well as the California CTA Station, which services the Blue Line.

Please tell me they’ve found a way to incorporate the terracotta facade on the building’s front.
Of course they didn’t. This is Chicago not Melbourne. 🙁
Look at the architect on the project.. this is being demoed without salvaging anything and giant cheap brick facade will start work asap.
Yep. “look at the architect”…
Yeah, let’s issue a trigger warning. If you visit the “archiect’s” website, it will feel like the buildings are following you forever because they are as interchangeable as the people who will move in.
Thank you to Azaming Architects making Milwaukee beautiful. Thank you, and for those people that are complaining move. You’re probably not even originally from Chicago!! BORN AND RAISE IN LOGAN SQUARE 1933 to present
