A new construction permit has been issued for a three-story residential townhome building at 7121 West Wabansia Avenue in Galewood. The permit, issued to Novak Neva, LLC, allows for the construction of a building with eight dwelling units.
The permit application process began on February 27, 2024, and the permit was issued on October 29, after a processing time of 245 days. Plans were designed by architect Andrew Koglin, and the reported cost of construction is $2,300,000.
Various fees were paid as part of the permitting process, including $12,255.48 in building fees, $775.00 in zoning fees, totaling $13,030.48.
