A new construction permit has been issued by the City of Chicago for a three-story, three-dwelling unit residential building at 2512 South Sacramento Avenue in Little Village. When complete, the property will feature a front stair, a rear three-story porch with a stair, and a three-car parking pad.
The owner of the property is TA Development LLC. Plans were designed by architect Peter Sterniuk. Permit fees totaling $4,253.00 have been assessed, with $375.00 paid so far and $3,878.00 still unpaid. Construction is estimated to cost around $350,000.
When complete, 2512 South Sacramento Avenue will be located a short walk from the Logan Square CTA Station, which services the Blue Line.

  1. This is not a short walk to Logan Square station. That would be 2512 North Sacramento. This is in Little Village and close to the 60 bus on 26th Street.
