A permit was recently issued for a renovation/alteration project at 5427 South Princeton Avenue in Englewood. The permit, currently active and in the inspections phase, was applied for on September 20 and issued on October 23, after a processing time of 33 days.
The project involves interior alterations and fire damage repairs to an existing three-story, three-dwelling residence per plans. A new 400 amp electric service with 4 meters and panels will be installed for the whole house. The existing and proposed use remains a three-dwelling residence.
Fees paid include $600.65 for building permits, $75.00 for zoning, totaling $675.65. No fees were unpaid or waived. Plans were designed by self-certified architect Ricardo Garcia. The property’s owner is Jack Richter. The reported cost of the project is $200,000.
