A new construction permit has been issued for a three-unit residential building at 6050 South Eberhart Avenue in Woodlawn. The permit was applied for on August 22 and issued on September 25, after a processing time of 34 days.
The work involves constructing a new residential building with a slab on grade foundation, all new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. A new rear parking pad with three spaces, a rear deck, and a fence will also be built.
The permit fees total $4,253, with $375 paid so far and $3,878 remaining unpaid. The building fee is $2,300, the zoning fee is $75, and other fees amount to $1,878. No fees have been waived.
Plans were designed by architect Kathryn Shahbaz. The project’s owner is listed as Paul Glendenning. The reported cost of the project is $450,000.
