The project will follow the 2019 Chicago Building Rehabilitation Code and undergo standard plan review. The total fee for the permit is $625, with $550 paid towards building fees and $75 towards zoning fees. The reported cost of the project is $150,000.
The owner of the property is Lawndale Real State LLC. The architect for the project is Pawel Gibas. 1821 South Fairfield Avenue is located a short walk from CTA stations servicing the Pink Line, and the Western Avenue station, which services the BNSF railway train.
