Additionally, the project includes the deconversion of illegal residential units on the ground floor into legal retail spaces, as outlined in the approved plans.
The total reported cost of the renovation is $350,000, and the fees associated with the permit amount to $3,913.52, which includes building fees and zoning fees. The work is being overseen by M&S Series LLC, the property owner. The self-certifying architect for the project is Samuel Pavlovcik.
