A new construction permit has been issued for a two-story, two-dwelling unit building at 6832 South Langley Avenue in Woodlawn. The permit was issued on August 22, following a 29-day self-certification process that began on July 24.

The building will include an attic, a Type “A” handicap-accessible unit, and a rear deck on the second story. A detached two-car garage will also be constructed as per the plan. Plans were designed by John Hanna.
