The total fee for the permit is $5,916, with $2,850 paid towards building fees, $1,500 towards zoning fees, and $1,566 towards other fees. The reported cost of the project is $449,400.
The building has been self-certified by architect John Hanna of Chicago. The owner of the property is 6517 S. St. Lawrence, LLC. When complete, the property will be a short walk from CTA stations servicing the Green Line.
