The City of Chicago has issued a standard plan review permit for the renovation and alteration of a rear open wood porch at 2200 North Natchez Avenue in Belmont Cragin. The permit, which was applied for on May 29 and issued on July 10, allows for the replacement of the porch in the same size, type, and configuration as the original for the three-story, six-dwelling unit masonry building, as per the architectural plans.
The total cost of the project is estimated at $28,195, with permit fees totaling $377. This includes a building fee of $302 and a zoning fee of $75.
The owner of the property is Carol Kollar Inc Property Management, located in Chicago. Plans were designed by architect Jorge Fajardo. The property is located a short walk from the Galewood Metra Station.
