A permit for new construction has been issued for a property located at 4347 North Richmond Street near Horner Park. The permit, which was applied for on June 18, 2022 and issued on July 15, allows for the construction of a three-story, six-unit residential building with a roof deck, porches on the first through third floors, and a rear five-car garage with a roof deck.
The total fee for the permit is $22,363.92, with $12,232.92 paid towards building fees, $5,747 towards zoning fees, and $4,384 towards other fees. The reported cost of the project is $1,500,000.
The owner of the property is Alin Candea. The architect of record on permit filings is Christopher Bremer. When complete, the property will be located a short walk from the Francisco CTA Station, which services the Brown Line.
