A permit for new construction has been issued for a property located at 1058 North Central Park Avenue in Humboldt Park. The permit, which was applied for on June 24 and issued on July 25, allows for the construction of a two-story, three-unit residential building with a basement, rear porches with stairs at the first and second stories, and three exterior parking spaces on a concrete pad.
The building will be self-certified by architect John Hanna of Chicago. The total fee for the permit is $4,253, with $2,300 paid towards building fees, $75 towards zoning fees, and $1,878 towards other fees. The reported cost of the project is $656,271.
When complete, 1058 North Central Park Avenue will be a short walk from bus service for Routes 65, 66, and 82.
