The permit, which was applied for on November 29, 2023, and issued on July 9, includes a front stair, a rear two-story stair, and a detached three-vehicle garage.

The total cost of the project is estimated at $400,000, with permit fees totaling $4,805. This includes a building fee of $2,850, a zoning fee of $75, and other fees amounting to $1,880. The applicant paid an initial fee of $375, with the remaining $4,430 still unpaid.

The owner of the property is Yu Xinli, located in Chicago. Plans were designed by Peter Sterniuk. When complete, the property will be located steps from bus stops for Routes 8 and 44.
