The reported cost of the project is $791,760.00, and the total fee paid for the permit is $6,305.00, which includes building fees, zoning fees, and other miscellaneous fees. When complete, 2745 North Bosworth Avenue will be located steps from bus service for Routes 9, X9, and 76.
