Permits have been issued for a renovation project at 5250 South Indiana Avenue, a two-story residential building in Washington Park. The renovation, which has an estimated budget of $150,000, plans to include a wide range of updates, including architectural changes, mechanical upgrades, electrical enhancements, and plumbing improvements to the property.

Local architect Eben Smith is spearheading the design efforts for the renovation and project plans. General construction tasks are being handled by KSR Construction LLC. The project is being spearheaded by Keith Robinson, the property’s owner.

5250 South Indiana Avenue is located a short walk from bus service for Routes 15 and 55, which run to the north and south of the property respectively. The Garfield CTA Station, which services the Green Line, is a seven-minute walk to the south-east of the property.
