A renovation project has been approved at 7037 South Green Street, an existing two-story building with two dwelling units and a basement in Englewood. The project, led by Rosie Investment Corp, was approved on March 6.

The project will encompass comprehensive interior modifications, including the installation of new drywall partitions, mechanical systems, electrical upgrades, and plumbing enhancements. One of the notable highlights of the project is the duplexing of the basement with the first-floor unit.

Architectural design and oversight have been provided by Radule Tepavcevic. JLJ Management LLC, the general contractor, will coordinate the renovation efforts. The project’s budget is $166,000.
