A permit has been issued for a renovation project at 2110 W 21st Place in Heart of Chicago. The self-certified permit for the project was issued on November 28.

The primary focus of the renovation is to address building code violations for the two-story, three-unit residential building located at the address. The project involves an extensive interior remodel to bring the property up to current standards.

Architect Samuel Pavlovcik, based in Chicago, is overseeing the design and execution of the renovation. The general contractor, C-Max Construction, is managing the overall renovation process.

The renovation budget is estimated to be $80,000, permit fees amounted to $765.58. Residents of 2110 W 21st Place are located steps from stops for the 21 bus line, and a short three-minute walk from the Damen CTA station, which services the Pink Line.
