The budget for this renovation is $120,000, and total permit fees paid amounted to $827.50. Residents of 7949 S Throop Street are located steps from bus stops for Route 79. Beyond that, bus stops for Routes X9, 9, and 169 are located via a 10-minute walk to the west of the property.
