360 Design Studio is the designated architect for the project. The permit description mentions a frame structure, though no drawings or renderings have been revealed. The project will also feature a detached five-car garage, an ornamental iron fence at the front, and a wooden fence at the rear.
The closest bus service is available for Route 59 via a two-minute walk northeast to Hyde Park, while the nearest CTA Green Line service can be found at Cottage Grove Station, a 14-minute walk southwest.
The developer’s subsidiary, McInerney Builders, Inc., is the general contractor overseeing the project, with a total estimated construction cost of $1,812,000. There has been no announcement regarding an estimated completion date.
