A construction permit has been secured for a residential development at 934 N Winchester Avenue in East Village. The structure will be three stories tall and house three apartment units, enhanced with several outdoor amenities: a second-floor balcony, a first-floor terrace, a three-tiered rear porch, and a ground-level three-vehicle garage that features a deck.
The project, owned by VOLO Holdings, is designed by Hanna Architects. No additional visuals of the design have been made available at this time. The development plans do include both residential and recreational spaces, but details about potential retail spaces are yet to be released.
The site is favorably positioned near major public transit routes, ensuring easy city connectivity for future occupants.
Diamond Partnership LLC is the designated general contractor, working alongside Ace Electric, Tonie’s Plumbing Corporation, and Roman Heating & Cooling. The construction, with a reported budget of $1,207,425, commenced after its permit approval in late August. No completion date has been announced.
