The project plans detail a three-story apartment building with an added basement, set to house three individual dwelling units. The project is expected to replace a former three-story brick building.
The property is owned by 4-D Development Corp, and the listed architect of record is Majdi Darwish. Neither drawings nor renderings have been revealed.
The permit did not highlight any direct provisions for parking or public transit accessibility. However, ample transit is in close proximity, with both the Damen Pink Line Station and bus Routes 50 and 755 within a one-minute walk.
4-D Development Corp has taken on the role of the general contractor for this project. The construction is projected to cost approximately $200,000, and there has been no completion date announced yet.
