A renovation permit has been issued for a residential upgrade at 5411 N Campbell Avenue in the Budlong Woods neighborhood. The renovation plan, whose exact timeline has not been mentioned, involves converting the pre-existing six-unit residential structure into an eight-unit complex, in line with the Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) program. Matthew Cremins is the owner of this project.
On the design end, Luis A. Martinez is the architect behind the renovation project. Although no renderings or design drawings are available, the submitted filing indicates not only architectural revisions but alterations in the ventilation, electrical, and plumbing systems too.
Transit options are accessible via the Route 11 bus service just one block west, while additional 49B service is slightly further to the east at Western & Balmoral.
Overseeing the construction work is Design Driven Construction Co. The renovation is budgeted at approximately $50,000.
