Regarding parking, the design incorporates a detached garage, though the number of spaces was not mentioned. The property is connected to bus Routes 8, 18, 21, and 62 all within several blocks. For rail, the closest CTA station is the Orange Line’s Halsted station, a 14-minute walk south.
Old Chicago Construction Inc. is the general contractor for the project, whose reported construction cost is $785,335. As of now, no estimated completion date has been announced.
