Permit Issued for 2720 W 23rd Street in Little Village

A new construction permit has been granted for a multi-family residential development situated at 2720 W 23rd Street in the Little Village neighborhood. The property will be developed by Knightsbridge Developments LLC, replacing a vacant grass lot.

The proposed construction is a two-story edifice housing three units with a basement level, rear two-story deck, stairs, and a rear parking pad with space for three vehicles. The architect of record has been listed as Peter Sterniuk. As of now no renderings or detailed design plans could be found online.

Transit accessibility is facilitated by bus service for Routes 21 and 94, both of which are within a five-minute walk. The closest CTA L line is the Pink Line at California station via an eight-minute walk from the property.

Fargo Group LLC will serve as the general contractor for the project, which reports a construction cost of around $300,000. A completion date for the project has not been indicated.
