Construction has completed for Inspire West Town, an eight-story mixed-use project located at 670 N May Street. Led by Bond Companies, the development features 1,400 square feet of retail and 113 apartment units varying from studios to three-bedroom apartments.
Each unit offers a range of attributes such as well-lit living areas, private balconies, and high-quality finishes. Select apartments include custom features like entryway benches and extra room for home office space. The project also includes six affordable units on-site and provisions for 17 additional off-site affordable units.
For amenities, the property incorporates a fitness center and a work-from-home lounge that includes both private and communal spaces. It also integrates a dog spa and an outdoor run, as well as an outdoor terrace and a rooftop party room with a deck offering skyline views, fire pits, and grill stations. Parking facilities include 29 vehicle spaces and 93 bicycle spaces.
On the architectural front, the project is designed by Fitzgerald Associates, showcasing a height of 108 feet. The building sits on a triangular site, featuring an L-shaped main massing atop a triangular podium. The faceted facade comprises fiberglass window systems and matte metal panels of white, gray, and green colors. Additionally, the base of the structure is clad in a mix of both brick and stone, with a two-story brick parking podium lying beneath the 4,300 square foot outdoor terrace.

Looks better than the renderings but the signage on top should just go. No one cares what the name of your 8-story apt building is called.
Here, Here! That ugly sign looks like a health clinic logo, hopin’ West Town graffiti artists can do it some justice.
