A construction permit has been granted for a new residential development located at 2655 W 21st Street in Little Village. The project will feature a two-story building with a basement, comprising three dwelling units. The development will replace the previous structure on the site, which was a one-story masonry building. The listed owner of the project is TA Development LLC.
The architect for the project is Peter Sterniuk, with features such as a front stair, a rear two-story porch with a stair, and a three-vehicle parking pad in the rear.
Transit accessibility includes nearby bus service for Route 21 and 94, both within a five-minute walk, as well as the CTA Pink Line at California station via a two-minute walk northwest.
The general contractor for the project is KEOS Realty LLC, while the reported construction cost is $300,000. Currently, no completion date has yet been announced.
