A new residential development has received a construction permit at 7430 N Hermitage Avenue in Rogers Park. Developed by GT Alternatives LLC, the project consists of a three-story building with six total units, a basement, front and rear balconies on each floor, trash enclosures, a five-foot metal fence, and six rear parking spaces. Peter Sterniuk is the listed architect of record.

The site comes with nearby access to various transit options. Bus service can be found for Routes 22, 97, 147, 201, 206, 215, 250, 290, and 422 all within close walking distance. Meanwhile, the nearest CTA Red, Purple, and Yellow Line access is a three-minute walk northeast to Howard station.

GT Alternatives LLC is also the general contractor for this project. With a reported construction cost of $650,000, no timeline has yet been established.
