Construction permits have been issued for 3307 S Lawndale Avenue, greenlighting a new accessory building to be located within an existing 898,000-square-foot fleet yard owned by MRC Polymers.
The industrial office building, filed under the name 3305 Lawndale Dev, LLC, will also be accommodated by a new 502 square-foot guardhouse. Both the office building and guardhouse have been designed by Cornerstone Architects.
The site is located within a five-minute walk of the 32nd & Lawndale bus stop with service for Route 82, while additional bus service for Route 35 is a bit further north at Lawndale & 31st street. Meanwhile, no new parking will be included within the scope of this project.
Construction work is being carried out by Bear Construction Company. As of now, a firm completion date for these additions have not been revealed.
