A new construction permit has been issued for a 3-story, 3-unit residential building at 4634 S Langley Avenue in Bronzeville. The owner JacobDaBuilder is behind the project, which includes a rear patio on the first floor and a rear porch with stairs on the second and third floors. Three exterior parking spaces will also be added to the property. Hanna Architects‘ design for the project has not yet been revealed.

The site is well-connected to public transit, with several bus routes serving the area. The nearest CTA station is the 47th St-Green Line station, located just a few blocks west of the development. This station provides easy access to downtown Chicago and other parts of the city. Additionally, the property is served by several bus routes, including Routes 4, X4, and 47.

JacobDaBuilder is also serving as general contractor for the project, with a reported construction cost of $629,700. No timeline information has yet been revealed.
