A demolition permit was issued last week for the removal of a two-story frame residence, located at 6114 N Paulina Street in Edgewater. The owner of the permit is listed as Paulina View LLC.
The nearest bus access can be found for Route 22 at the Clark & Glenlake stop which is a brief two-minute walk east. Those seeking out Route 84 can walk a little further to the Peterson & Ridge stop which is a six-minute walk south of the property site. There are many restaurants and retail options nearby in Andersonville along the N Clark Street corridor.
Real View will be serving as the demolition contractor on this project. An estimated completion date for the removal has not been revealed.
