The property site is a one-minute walk south of the Milwaukee Avenue & Medina Avenue stop with bus service for Route 270. There are many restaurants and retail options available along nearby W Peterson Avenue and N Elston Avenue.
Break Thru Enterprises Inc is acting as the demolition contractor for the project. No future permits have been issued for this property address and no plans have been made public at the time of this writing.
